WHAT ARE THE HOURS AND DAYS TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT?

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN THE SIMPLABEL STORE TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. Orders can be placed by both registered and unregistered users. The registration in the store will allow you to check the status of your orders, the purchase history, and to receive coupons and promotional items. If you are not registered, your data will not be saved in the system so when making subsequent store purchases you will have to enter it again.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?
To properly choose the size check the size table located in the product description. If you have any questions please contact us using the contact form, phone or email. However, the best way to measure the size is to make a measurement (lying down) of your own piece of clothing with a similar style.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION?
